Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, with all original tags and labels attached. Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or with signs of wash will not be accepted.
Return Request: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions.
Refund Process: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be refunded within 14 business days.
Exchange Option: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is available, it will be shipped after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized items, and clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.
Defective/Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
